

Physiotherapists

Whitehorse, Yukon.
Through a combination of creativity and strong clinical skills, you will incorporate individual and group programs into the daily lives of residents and clients. Specifically, you will:
work with residents/clients in a homelike setting to support their mobility, strength, balance and flexibility

collaborate with other disciplines to provide education to staff, residents and families on a range of topics from back care to fall prevention
· bring the physiotherapy viewpoint to larger group activities within our trans-disciplinary team.
In addition to
a degree in physical therapy and a licence to work as a physiotherapist in
Yukon, you have strong verbal and written communication skills, a valid
driver’s license and physiotherapist experience, preferably in a long-term care
environment.
Experience supervising support staff would be an asset.
Salary: $67,528
to $77,962 annually.
Approved candidates will be provided reimbursement of interview/relocation expenses if required, in accordance with the Interview & Relocation Expense Directive.
